ATC & ITC Volunteer Opportunities

If you’re planning to join our Assistant Training Course (ATC) or Instructor Training Course (ITC), volunteering is the best way to reduce your living costs while doing the instructor course. You’ll train to become a certified IKO instructor while helping in the camp. This combination lets you grow as a professional without spending too much on accommodation and meals.

What We Expect from Our Kitesurf Volunteers

This is not a job offer with fixed hours or strict schedules. Instead, we look for proactive and enthusiastic people who want to contribute to the daily flow of the school. As a volunteer, you may:

Welcome guests and help them at our beach hut or bar.
Take photos and videos, and create content for social media.
Assist with moving and preparing equipment.
Help supervise the beach and support clients going upwind.
Be present for our riders and visitors, making them feel part of the community.

Who Can Join?
