If you already ride independently and just want a quality setup waiting for you at the lagoon, this is it. Our rental fleet is all Eleveight — the brand we ride ourselves. Issuru and the beach team check and prepare the gear before every session. You show up, you ridet — latest season gear, checked before every use. Wings in multiple sizes, different boards and foil setups depending on your style and the wind of the day.

The school is right on the lagoon, so you grab your gear and you're riding. No van, no trip to the beach, no lugging equipment. And if you're not sure which wing size to use for the day, someone from the team will advise you — that's part of being at a real school, not just a rental shop.

We service gear between every use — wings, foils, lines. If the wind shifts during your session, the team swaps your wing on the spot. Important: To rent independently you need to be able to ride comfortably and safely on your own. If you're not sure whether you're at that level, do a quick check-in session with one of our instructors — we'll tell you honestly. Booking in advance is recommended, especially in peak months (January, July–August). All taxes included.

Questions about wingfoil rental in Sri Lanka

What level do I need to rent wingfoil gear at MKS?
You need to be able to ride independently — meaning you can get up on the foil, control your direction and come back to the launch point without needing assistance. If you're not sure whether you're at that level, we recommend a quick check-in session with an instructor first. Safety on the water is non-negotiable, especially with off-wind conditions.
Can I rent just a wing without the foilboard?
Our standard rental is the full setup (wing + foilboard + foil). We also offer foilboard-only rental at €70/day for riders who travel with their own wing. If you need just a wing without the board, contact us directly — we'll see what we can arrange depending on availability.
Which wing size should I use?
It depends on your weight and the wind. As a general guide: light wind (8–12kn) → larger wing (6–7m); moderate (12–18kn) → mid wing (4–5m); strong wind (18kn+) → smaller wing (3–4m). Our team checks the forecast every morning and recommends the right size for the day. You can always swap if conditions change.
Do I need to book rental in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend it — especially for January (busiest month) and July–August. Specific boards and foils are better reserved in advance so we can guarantee the right setup for your weight and riding style. Same-day rental is sometimes possible but not guaranteed.
Can I store my gear at the school between sessions?
Yes. Equipment storage is included when you rent from us. Your setup stays safely at the school between sessions — no need to carry it back to accommodation every day.
